Notes

Ann Marie Donnelly

From information supplied by Clark Travis, son of Lisle Travis:
Ann Donnelly Hillman was born in New Jersey--her father of German and Irish descent.  She grew up in Preble County Ohio.  Family moved to Des Moines County, Iowa (Decatur).  Moved to Madison County in 1869.
Daughter Mary Elizabeth was born in 1844 in Decatur.  She married oldest son of Martin Beatty Travis I, Sylvester Newton
Other information we had stated Ann was born in Pennsylvania--Clark's information says New Jersey, so records were changed to reflect that information (NY).
